Kadima's Advocate program offers you the opportunity to earn commissions in three ways when your referral takes qualifying actions:

Earn $50 for every 5 careers you help accelerate - that's $10 per person taking their first step with Kadima!

$200

Earn $200 when a referral enrolls in our group coaching program.

$300

Earn $300 when a referral enrolls in our personalized coaching program.

Are there limits on the number of referrals I can make?

No, you can refer as many friends as you like!

How do I share my referral link?

Simply copy and paste your unique link, or click on the share button for LinkedIn, email, or other social media.

When do I receive my rewards?

Milestone rewards - ($50) are issued after every 5 qualifying actions (attending webinars & booking sales calls) - think of it as earning $10 for each person you help, bundled into $50 milestone payments. 

Program enrollments - commissions are issued 60 days after purchase.


All payments are issued via ACH transfer, so it should reach you 5-7 business days from issue.

What if my friend has already enrolled or enrolls without using my link?

Referral rewards are only eligible for new contacts who applied using your unique referral link..

I know someone I sent over signed up, why am I not seeing them in my Activity Dashboard?

Referral rewards are only eligible for contacts that are new to our system. If your friend is already in our system, the system will ignore the contact.

Can I earn rewards if I’m not in the United States?

Yes! Rewards can be redeemed from any location
