Each session is 55 minutes long.

Will my company pay for this?

 For many executives and at many companies, coaching can be covered for you. We will work with you to provide you with the proper paperwork to accommodate your needs.

What should I expect from my coaching within the first 90 days of my new role?

Depending on what you're wanting, here are some common expectations: 

  • You and your coach will create a framework and context for setting goals specific to your new role

  • Your coach will help you think about what questions you need to be asking

  • Identify old paradigms of thinking new hires often find themselves getting stuck in & how to establish a new mindset

  • Realistic feedback and how to set yourself up for long term success

When I show up to a coaching session, should I be expecting to troubleshoot current issues or develop skills?

You'll fill out a discovery form to help the coach understand your overarching goals. You'll tend to focus on those 2-3 core goals. 

Remember:

  1. You run the session. Bring what's at the top of your mind, or keep working on your overall goals. You decide what you want to work on each session with your coach.

  2. Have a situation at work you want to talk through or a presentation to review?  Go for it.  

  3. Have an idea of what the "success" of that call would look like. 

How frequently do people usually schedule with their executive coach? Is it pretty structured or more flexible?

It depends on the client. Most people schedule every other week or weekly at the start. It depends on your goals and the timing of your goals.
