About The Role

What you will do:
Proactively manage our CEO’s work and personal calendar to optimize his schedule and minimize potential conflicts
Manage his work and personal email inbox, triage emails, and ghostwrite on his behalf
Create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
Prepare slide decks for presentations
Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
Manage his personal LinkedIn inbox and reply to DMs on his behalf. And escalating when appropriate.
Organization and administration of invoices for vendors across different countries
You will be asked to assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
You will manage our virtual events (including reporting, assigning tasks, and overseeing our virtual events)
What Skill Will Help You Be Successful:
Experience with or a proven aptitude to quickly learn and leverage our core tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workplace (includes Sheets, Docs, and Slides),
Ability to work with a remote team and maximize virtual face-to-face time
Clear, precise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skills
Integrity and empathy
Have a reliable Internet connection and computer
About the Role:
This role will begin as a contractor role with the intent to convert you to a full-time salaried employee, assuming that you like working with us and we think you are a good long-term fit for Kadima. Compensation will begin at $20-$35 per hour with significant opportunities to grow your income through variable-based compensation.
This is a contract-to-hire role.
Location – Remote anywhere in the World
Work hours – Flexible, but must be available most days from 9AM - 6PM ET

Your Role: Founding Business Development Representative
This isn’t just another BDR role — this is a founding opportunity. You’ll be our first BDR hire focused on booking sales calls and generating qualified leads. At first, you’ll be laser-focused on top-of-funnel activities — but if you prove you can drive results, you’ll quickly grow into running calls and closing deals.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team, get direct access to mentorship, and be part of building the engine that helps millions more land better jobs.
What You’ll Do
- Book qualified sales calls for our sales team
- Own top-of-funnel outreach: LinkedIn DMs, cold emails
- Follow up with inbound leads and get them excited about Kadima
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent tools
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and senior leaders
- Eventually: run your own sales calls and close your own deals
How We’ll Measure Your Success
- Number of sales calls booked and completed
- Volume of outbound DMs/emails sent
- Deals closed
- Revenue generated from leads you sourced
