Executive Assistant & Event PgM

About The Role

What you will do:

  • Proactively manage our CEO’s work and personal calendar to optimize his schedule and minimize potential conflicts
  • Manage his work and personal email inbox, triage emails, and ghostwrite on his behalf
  • Create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare slide decks for presentations
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Manage his personal LinkedIn inbox and reply to DMs on his behalf. And escalating when appropriate.
  • Organization and administration of invoices for vendors across different countries
  • You will be asked to assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • You will manage our virtual events (including reporting, assigning tasks, and overseeing our virtual events)

What Skill Will Help You Be Successful:

  • Experience with or a proven aptitude to quickly learn and leverage our core tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workplace (includes Sheets, Docs, and Slides),
  • Ability to work with a remote team and maximize virtual face-to-face time
  • Clear, precise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skills
  • Integrity and empathy
  • Have a reliable Internet connection and computer

About the Role:


This role will begin as a contractor role with the intent to convert you to a full-time salaried employee, assuming that you like working with us and we think you are a good long-term fit for Kadima. Compensation will begin at $20-$35 per hour with significant opportunities to grow your income through variable-based compensation.

  • This is a contract-to-hire role.
  • Location – Remote anywhere in the World
  • Work hours – Flexible, but must be available most days from 9AM - 6PM ET
