Kadima Careers Advocate Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Kadima Careers Advocate Referral Program ("Program"). The Program is administered by Treat People Right Talent Accelerator d/b/a Kadima Careers ("Kadima," "we," or "us"). By participating, you ("Advocate" or "Referrer") agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Referee" means an individual or entity referred to Kadima through the Program
"Qualifying Service" means Kadima's coaching programs: Group Coaching, Personalized Coaching, or Executive Personalized Coaching
"Successful Enrollment" means a Referee who (i) purchases a Qualifying Service and (ii) remains enrolled beyond the 30-day refund period
"Commission" means the referral payment earned for a Successful Enrollment
"Qualifying Action" means either attending a webinar or booking a sales call, with only the first action counting per Referee

3.1 Referrer Eligibility

To participate, Referrer must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid email address and bank account for commission payments
Complete required tax documentation

3.2 Referee Eligibility

Referees must:

Not be existing or previous Kadima customers
Not be currently registered in Kadima's system
Not have been previously referred by another Advocate
Be at least 18 years old

4. Referral Process

a) Each Advocate receives one unique referral link through Impact's Advocate platform b) Referral links may be shared via:

Direct email
Social media posts
Personal messaging

5. Rewards & Commission Structure

5.1 Referral Rewards

$50 reward for every 5 unique Referees who attend a webinar
$50 reward for every 5 unique Referees who book a sales call
Webinar attendances and sales call bookings cannot be combined to earn rewards
Each Referee can only count once toward rewards, for their first Qualifying Action
Rewards paid via ACH direct deposit

5.2 Commission Schedule

Successful Enrollment commission rates:

Group Coaching: $250
Personalized Coaching: $300
Executive Personalized Coaching: $400

5.3 Payment Terms

All payments made via ACH direct deposit
Commission payments processed 60 days after Referee's enrollment date
Referral rewards processed within [specify timeframe]
No limit on total rewards or commissions earned
All payments subject to applicable taxes

6. Prohibited Activities

Creating multiple accounts
Self-referrals
Misrepresenting Kadima's services
Spamming or unauthorized marketing
Manipulating tracking systems
Using deceptive practices to generate referrals

7. Intellectual Property

Kadima's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain its exclusive property
Limited license granted to use approved marketing materials for Program
No modification of Kadima materials without written consent from Kadima Careers

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Referral tracking through Impact.com's Advocate platform
Data collection and usage per Kadima's Privacy Policy

9. Term & Termination

Program continues until terminated by either party
Kadima may modify or terminate Program at any time
Pending commissions for Successful Enrollments will be honored
Kadima may withhold payments for suspected violations

10. Compliance & Disclosures

Referrers must disclose their participation in the Program when promoting
Social media posts must include #Ad or #Sponsored
Referrers responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

11. Limitation of Liability

Kadima not liable for technical issues or payment delays
Maximum liability limited to earned commissions
Void where prohibited by law

12. General Provisions

12.1 Taxes

Referrers responsible for applicable taxes on commissions received.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.3 Modifications

Kadima reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
