Mary Reilly

Mary is a seasoned communications professional with over three decades of marketing experience in a wide range of industries (communications, information, high tech, and financial services) working for companies, startups and agencies providing: marketing, communications strategy, sales support, social media, PR, speakers bureaus, event planning, and investor/analyst relations.

She bring a uniquely three-dimensional perspective gained from a protean career which included being an entrepreneur (former restaurateur, caterer and event planner) and independent communications consultant and writer. As an inherent “purposepreneur,” Mary is excited to pull together the depth and breadth of her experiences to help grow and scale Kadima Careers to help as many individuals as possible uplevel their careers.

Mary graduated cum laude from William Smith College with a major in English and minors in Psychology and Art History and is a MBA graduate of Columbia Business School with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. She has been an active volunteer at both alma maters as well as being committed to mentoring young people in her community because “no one tells them the important stuff.”

When asked what her most fun job was, Mary said working at Carvel in Larchmont, NY while she was in high school for two senior citizen sisters where she got to eat a lot of ice cream for free. She is also grateful because the experience opened her eyes to female entrepreneurship and how one’s age should never be an obstacle.
