What are the differences between the Group, Personalized & Executive coaching programs?

Each program offers a different level of support based on your needs:

  • Group Coaching is for self-starters who want structured guidance and community support.

  • Personalized Coaching adds personalized 1:1 coaching and advanced strategy.

  • Executive Coaching offers a comprehensive, tailored program for senior professionals, backed by our Better Job Guarantee. (Application required)

What if I don’t know what my next role should be?

We recommend a career strategy call with a world-class coach as the first coaching session. 

 

Your coach will dig deep into your mindset, come up with an effective position for you, and set you up with an action plan to land that better job quickly. 

 

The Mindset, Action-Plan, and Positioning Session helps you create an actionable strategy and direction so you can move forward confidently (for Personalized and Executive Coaching only).


We have to narrow down where you want to go in order to help you get there.

What are the Personalized Coaching sessions like?
Our personalized coaching sessions are results-oriented and milestone-driven. They follow a proven framework to help clients land jobs quickly— each session includes  accountability, structure, and care.
 
 
We utilize advanced coaching techniques, accountability, structure, and care to coach you to land that better job quickly. 
Do I have my own coach?

If you're in the Personalized or Executive Coaching program, yes.  You are provided a primary coach and you have access to our 30+ coach network.

 

People in the Group Coaching program have access to the coaches via:

    • Community platform (500+ members)

    • Multiple weekly live group coaching sessions.

How often can I communicate with the coaches?

Everybody has access to our coaches through the community of 500+ people and our multiple group coaching sessions throughout the week. 

 

In the Personalized and Executive Programs, you have email access to our coaches. 

How is my coach decided?

You can come with an idea of who you’d prefer from the list above. If we have an opinion about who we think will help you best based on your specific situation, we’ll talk through it & decide together.

Can I speak with Alan or the coaches prior to joining?

No. To protect their time, we don’t allow access to them for non-members. However, the 14 Money Back Guarantee allows you access to everyone within that time frame.

Can I speak with an existing or former client prior to joining?

We don't disclose names, but feel free to check out Alan's LinkedIn Recommendations, our website testimonials, and take advantage of our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which will provide you the opportunity to get feedback from our entire Kadima community. 

What is expected of me each week?

We provide the framework and guidance for you to land your next job efficiently. Typically, this takes about 10 hours/week. As you get acclimated to our framework and program, many clients become more and more efficient with working the system. 

 

Kadima provides the framework and guidance for efficient job acquisition.

 

As clients progress, they typically become more efficient with the process.

How long is the Group Coaching Program?

It's a 6-month program.

If you want to upgrade to another program during that time, then what you've already paid for will be applied against your total. 

What are the group coaching sessions like & when are they held?

We host 6-10 live group sessions per week. These are a combination of targeted coaching on topics such as resume, LinkedIn, networking, and interview prep. Sessions on mindset, confidence building, and impostor syndrome, and our fireside chats where we bring in experts from the industry to share insider knowledge that provides you with the advantage to land that better job.
