What are the Personalized Coaching sessions like?
Discuss whatever you need to focus on - resume/LinkedIn revamps, mock interview sessions, executive presence, accountability, career strategy - you name it, we’ll help you with it.
Do I have my own coach?
Yes! You have one coach that’s always by your side. You also have access to the 20+ other coaches whenever you want to drill into one of their areas of expertise.
How often can I communicate with the coaches?
You have unlimited communication. You can schedule as many or as few sessions as you want.
How is my coach decided?
You can come with an idea of who you’d prefer from the list above. If we have an opinion about who we think will help you best based on your specific situation, we’ll talk through it & decide together.
Can I speak with Alan or the coaches prior to joining?
No. To protect their time, we don’t allow access to them for non-members. However, the 14 Money Back Guarantee allows you access to everyone within that time frame.
Can I speak with an existing or former client prior to joining?
No. To protect their time & identity, we don’t allow access to them for non-members. However, the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee allows you access to our entire community.
How does the 1-Year Warenty work (Personalized only)?
If something happens, or if the company / role isn't a good fit. We have your back. Once you have accepted the first offer, you have 1 year to hop back into the program with two monthly coaching sessions.
What is expected of me each week?
Devote 10 hrs per week to the job acquisition process. This could include; 1:1s, group calls, interviewing, applying, networking, etc.
How long is the Group Coaching Program?
6 months, with access to the online content forever.
What are the group coaching sessions like & when are they held?
On average, 12-15 clients attend them. Use these to ask questions, for accountability, to naturally network with other clients, and to learn from each other. They’re held multiple times a week. Come to as many as you’d like!
