Alan Stein

Alan founded Kadima in 2020 while he was holed up at home during the Covid pandemic and simultaneously going through his mid-life crisis. At that time, Alan was a Director at Salesforce, and was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of support for employees and their careers. Alan knew there was a better way for people to land better jobs, and thus he launched Kadima Careers to empower ambitious professionals to land better jobs quickly, confidently, and with lots more money. 

Results That Speak: Last year, we empowered 98 ambitious professionals to land better jobs, increasing their compensation by more than $55,000 on average. They had an average compensation package of $293,000. Those in our personalized coaching program took a median of 3.58 months to find their next role.
